Kyle Wesley
Executive DirectorAs a result of his aptitude for the recording arts, driven disposition and an ear for ‘hit’ composition and lyrics, Kyle has been blessed with opportunities to work with top music industry professionals on an international level. As Executive Director, he oversees and manages the business for our record label and music publishing division and works closely with our Head of Business Development to secure brand and licensing deals for our artists and songwriters.
David Batt
Creative DirectorDavid got his start in music at a very young age. He’s had numerous collaborations with heavyweights in the industry and has shared the stage with notable acts. As Creative Director, he oversees the creation of our music, from the inception of an idea to its release, ensuring its quality and commercial viability along the way. David also works with our artists to make sure that their image and branding matches the music that they create.
Mitch Davis
Label DirectorWith years of experience working in music production and artist development, Mitch brings valuable insight and experience to the label. Mitch thrives on building professional relationships, understanding key market trends, and developing quality music that outplays competition. As Label Director, he is responsible for giving direction and purpose to the label on a daily basis. His drive and creative mindset are contagious to both our team and our label artists.
Paul Gibbons
CFOPaul attended Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor's in Finance and a Master’s in Accounting. Immediately after graduating, he was hired by Jones Simkins, LLC, where he is currently the managing tax partner. As our Chief Financial Officer, Paul oversees the financial affairs of the company and lends invaluable insight, advice and organization to the Music Group.
Jeremiah Cox
Director of Business DevelopmentHaving owned a modeling and film agency, and raised money for nonprofit organizations, Jeremiah has the vision to see beyond what profits will bring, to the positive impact a successful venture can have in the lives of the people it serves. As Head of Business Development, he works to grow Royal Fire Music Group’s professional network, nurture business relationships, and increase brand awareness.
